Call for tenders for event organisation services in Belgium (Brussels) under a public procurement procedure conducted through published selective tendering

Suppliers are invited to submit tenders for the provision of event organisation services for the Social Innovation Forum 2026 event, which will take place on 7–8 October 2026 in Brussels, Belgium.

The procurement covers:

• conference venue rental;
• catering services for event participants.

We are seeking a supplier capable of ensuring the smooth delivery of the event in accordance with the technical specification provided below.

To participate in this procurement procedure, please complete the tender form (see below) and submit it by email to procurement@esf.lt. Tenders must be submitted in English or Lithuanian. If the proposal is signed by an authorised representative rather than by the head of the supplier, a power of attorney must be attached, as specified in Clause 4.4 of the General Information document.

The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the “Description of the procedure for conducting simplified public procurement by diplomatic missions of the Republic of Lithuania in foreign states, missions of the Republic of Lithuania to international organisations, consular posts and special missions, as well as by other contracting authorities procuring abroad supplies, services or works intended for their divisions, military envoys or special attachés abroad, or for development cooperation and other projects implemented abroad”, approved by Order No. V-809/V-188 of 31 August 2017 of the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, and in accordance with the procurement documentation.
