Call for tenders for event organisation services in Belgium (Brussels) under a public procurement procedure conducted by published selective tendering

Suppliers are invited to submit tenders for the provision of event organisation services for the Social Innovation Forum 2025 event, to be held on 1-2 October 2025 in Brussels, Belgium. The procurement covers the rental of a conference venue, technical equipment and catering services for event participants. We are seeking a supplier capable of ensuring the smooth delivery of the event in line with the technical specification provided below. To take part in this procurement procedure, please complete the tender form (see below) and submit it by email to procurement@esf.lt . Tenders must be submitted in English.

The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the ‘Description of the procedure for conducting simplified public procurement by diplomatic missions of the Republic of Lithuania in foreign states, missions of the Republic of Lithuania to international organisations, consular posts and special missions, also other contracting authorities procuring abroad the supplies, services or works intended for their divisions, Diplomatic missions of the Republic of Lithuania in foreign countries, missions of the Republic of Lithuania to international organisations, consular offices and special missions, military envoys or special attachés abroad or intended for the developmental cooperation and other projects under implementation abroad’, approved by Order No. V-809/V-188 of 31 August 2017 of the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania and the procurement documentation.
